POSITION PROFILE:
Informs Document & Label Solutions Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced outside sales professional to serve as a Sales Account Representative covering the Western Michigan area including Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo and Lansing. The individual in this position should be able to identify and follow-up with prospects in the area and generate profitable sales volume within the assigned market through direct sales interaction with the customers. They would be a part of a dynamic fast-paced sales team while learning about our industry in which we work and how individual products in our product lines could offer vital solutions to customers. They are expected to call on established customers and generate new business. Informs considers this to be a solutions-oriented sales position that uses state of the art sales techniques and resources to provide you with every opportunity for success.
PRIMARY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:
* Growing new revenue and accounts
* Achieve established quotas, shipped orders, and target profit objectives in accordance with the Document & Label Solutions strategic business plan
* Sell full range of products and services utilizing face-to-face, consultative selling skills
* Develop and maintain prospective customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
* Consult with customers to identify needs and provide Document and Label Management Solutions
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be able to demonstrate direct sales record (3+ years) at a high level of achievement
* Preferred outside, solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: Document Management, Technology/Software Sales, Labeling / Barcoding Solutions, Business Forms & Digital Printing.
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study
* Knowledge of the Western Michigan market is REQUIRED. Prefer local candidates.
* Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with Executive Levels within an organization
* Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently from a distance
* Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
* Well-Developed Interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
* Ability and willingness to travel in order to cover substantial geographical area
* Valid State Driver's License with acceptable motor vehicle record
* Strong Desire to Make Money and BE SUCCESSFUL!!!!!
